With the rising popularity of the vacation rental in Barcelona, people became confused with their choice in terms of accommodation. To stay in a hotel or a flat has its advantages and disadvantages. It is important from which angle you are going to observe it. In fact to book a one week hotel with the all-inclusive extra, could be very expensive, especially during the summer season. Or, to stay in a big flat without

noisy atmosphere could be also a good solution. But, in the apartment you must pay electricity and water ( if they are adding to the total price, lucky you ) in most of the cases and to prepare all food by yourself, which is a minus for the lazy people. On the other hand, in the hotel you are surrounded with attention and amazing culinary masterpieces. In such wild market like Barcelona, I personally will choose the short term rentals Barcelona flats, because most of them are closer to the beach and with good view ( which I personally desire all the time ).

So, the choice it is not easy, but more important is the idea to grab the spirit of this city no matter where you will stay. In the first case you have luxury hotel, crowded atmosphere and the inability to take rest sometimes. In the other, you can experience a big flat space for less money, but you must care for yourself all alone. For me it is a personal choice, for others it is probably a way of living. In both cases Barcelona still remains one amazing destination.
